You CANNOT make the following appointments online:
Dressings, Wound Care, Immunisations, Procedures,
Health Checks, Casts, Removal of Sutures etc.

Longer Appointments and NOT able to be booked online. Please call or visit the clinic to book.

The Practice respects a patient’s right to seek a second opinion or refuse treatment for their own reasons.

TRANSLATING AND INTERPRETING SERVICES

Our practice can arrange the following services:

A translating service through TIS National for patients who speak a first language other than English.

An interpreting service through NABS for patients who are deaf.

HEALTHCARE ACCESS

Call to access Telehealth, In-clinic Face-to-face or limited out-of-clinic visits during business hours or after hours. Home visits, its your doctor's decision. No Nursing Home visits available.  Emergency walk-ins are seen and maybe sent to the nearby hospital.

Our policy is to maintain security of your personal health information at all times and ensure that this is only available to authorised personnel/health providers.

PARKING AND DISABLED ACCESS

Parking is available on Grey Street or at the rear of our building.

Disabled and Emergency Services access & car park is at the rear of our building.
To enter the clinic, please ring the doorbell located at the back door.

 

RESULTS

Due to concerns of confidentiality, results will not be given over the phone.
Please book a follow up appointment with your doctor.

If you have any comments, problems or suggestions we would like to hear from you.
A suggestion box will be available in our waiting room by June 2018.
